We really liked that it was right on the seven mile beach, the greenery, nature setting, and within walking distance to a lot of eating places and entertainment venues. I liked that there were utensils, plates, cups, microwave and fridge. Suggestion: to have an electric kettle and/ or coffee maker in the room Overall it was a good experience.

This was an excellent place to stay and you can get multiple rooms right next to each other! Very convenient location, super cute place, right on the beach, and felt very safe with lifeguard and security!

Room was clean, A/C was good and everything was in working / good condition. Wifi is good. Beach is amazing, wide and calm seas. I've stayed several times at Sand and Blue Seas and will return again for sure.

Stay was good .staff was great.. room was clean and smelled good..my only concern is the glass door. I could see outside depending on the lighting so was a bit paranoid if persons could see inside if the lighting was right. Also the noise from the connection door to the other room.Its not too bad but they had kids so the crying and fussing and playing was distracting. And I could hear everyyyy conversation and im sure they could hear me.

I did have some minor issues there was no stove biggest disappointment although it was requested. The microwave did not work but someone did come and switch it out and one night the keyless entry did not work we told the guard shack and he said try it again it didn’t work we had to climb through our window to get in and not only that he wouldn’t let us drive in we had to park our car around the corner and he refused to lift the gate we had to climb under it so you can imagine a few choice words were said and I have back issues smh but other than that the front desk staff were alright so I didn’t make this review solely about the guard or a few minor appliance issues but I doubt we will come back but the house keeping were great and kept it clean so there’s that

The staff on the grounds were nice, friendly and very responsive to issues that came up. The location was great and right on 7 mile beach. The rooms could use some updating. I did notice that one part of the complex was quiet while the other side was quite noisy. I preferred the quiet side but I had to be moved because of construction going on. I would return again if coming back to Negril.

Excellent staff and accommodations. Everything was great. Only slight hiccup was looking for the name and not finding the hotel. We happened to ask the right place, where it was, and lucked out that we were at the right place. Thank you for the amazing stay. We shall return and will definitely recommend!

Located about 50 yards from the ocean, the beach area has plenty of room. The grounds are maintained daily and look great, beautiful scenery. People working there are friendly and helpful, and the pool is great also. The area is overall quiet, safe, and plenty of food, drink, music within walking distance on the beach or the road. It’s a great place to relax or explore the beach and all it offers. I’ll be back 🇯🇲

what I liked about the property was the location it was on the beach it was accessible the unit was on the first floor it had a veranda that was nicely sized and appointed with patio chairs unfortunately check in was not as smooth as it could have been check in at the time the unit did not have a towel set and I had to run around the whole place trying to find someone to give me a towel set there was no iron there was no hot water and there wasn't any number available to deal with the issues there was a lack of follow-up a lack of accountability a lack of dealing with anything and a bunch of confusion as to what happened to the hot water the beds felt like cardboard they were not comfortable the towels were very rough like sandpaper the fridge worked great the water pressure was mediocre there was a kitchenette but there was no sponge there was no dish detergent to wash the plates out with I had to run around and find someone to give me these amenities in order to be comfortable in the room outside of that as I said location is perfect but they need to do more when it comes to customer service and technical issues and concerns that arise during a guest stay especially communication there was a major communication issues Expedia was not able to reach the owners and the owners never followed up with Expedia causing a great deal of issues

Pros: on the beach, walkable to Negril locations, clean and abundant toiletries, receptive and helpful staff. No pests or roaches. Comes with a kitchenette. Cons: beds super uncomfortable, there were loud neighbors fighting and stomping every single night that prevented us from being able to sleep, and security did nothing about it. The rooms have super thin walls and there’s not a sound barrier. The bar and restaurant appear in the listed amenities, but there was no bar or restaurant. The grounds and plants also need some upkeep. We wouldn’t stay here again.
