About this property

Family friendly Townhouse by the Bay , private Beach & Pool , Negril

  • A modern open plan Townhouse boasting all the creature comforts of home. European style kitchen with under counter laundry facilities , 2 top floor bedrooms - master with Super King sized bed and ensuite featuring full bathroom ( tub & modern power shower). 2nd bedroom sleeping 2 (or up to 4 if you share the double queen bunk bed ) . This second bedroom has its own bathroom with modern shower .
    For your comfort each bedroom is fitted with an A.C unit there is a further unit downstairs in the lounge. As an (eco ) alternative when it is not too hot there are ceiling fans with integrated lights in both of the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the lounge area also.
    Laundry facilities, washer & dryer are integrated in the kitchen & free to use
    The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster , kettle, coffee machine and full length fridge - freezer.
    Rear patio with patio furniture.
