It has about 90 square meters of living space, spread over 3 rooms and 3 floors and offers up to 6 beds. Due to its room layout, the house also offers a separate bedroom for up to 3 people. On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine with integrated dryer, stove, large fridge, small dining area for 3 people) and the living and dining room, which can also be used as a bedroom (1 bed, 0.9 x 2m) Person can be used. In the 1st On the first floor there is a daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower cubicle and a separate toilet. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m). The 2nd Floor has a room with 2 single beds (0.9 x 2m). In the hallway there is a sofa which can also be used as a bed (0.8 x 2m). The 3 rooms each have a TV. An Internet connection can be established in every room via WiFi. The house can be approached by car to load and unload luggage. You can park in an underground car park which is approx. 100 m from the house. The location of the house not only offers an opportunity to stroll through the old town of Neckargemünd with its more than 1000-year history or walks along the Neckar, but also provides the ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area to reach. From here, Heidelberg, Ladenburg, Mannheim Neckarsteinach, Hirschhorn, Eberbach or Mosbach can be reached quickly. There is also a bus stop to Heidelberg about 100 m away. The well-known outdoor pool in Neckargemünd is also within walking distance. The charming surroundings of Neckargemünd also offer extensive leisure opportunities. B. This lovely old home is located in the old town area with close access to a bakery and a couple great restaurants. It’s a nice quiet area where we enjoyed going for walks by the river which is very close. Man kann gut das Auto stehenlassen oder ohne Auto Urlaub machen, da sich Bushaltestelle und S-Bahn z.B. Richtung Heidelberg in direkter Nähe befinden. Das idyllische Neckarufer liegt auch nur sehr wenige Schritte entfernt, hier bietet sich eine Schiffsfahrt nach Heidelberg an. Das Haus ist gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet (die Waschmaschine hat uns z.B. sehr geholfen), unser Kinder hatten ihre Freude wegen der 3 Ebenen und der ausgestrahlten Gemütlichkeit insbesondere im Schlafzimmer ganz oben. Bushaltestelle 50 m, S-Bahn 200 m , Intercity Bahnhof Mannheim 30 Minuten entfernt. Das Haus ist nicht perfekt - aber das muss es auch nicht sein (mit Sicherheit schon mehr als 100 Jahre alt). Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und im Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht und im guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus nur empfehlen. Mi esposo, dos hijas y yo permanecimos por dos semanas en esta hermosa casa ubicada en Neckargemund. La casa es muy cómoda, está completamente amoblada y se encuentra a dos minutos de la parada de buses para viajar a Heidelberg y a pocos minutos de la parada de trenes. Además se hallan restaurantes, tiendas, panaderías, farmacia y el mercado a corta distancia de la casa. Los dueños de casa son personas extremadamente amables y ayudadoras. Bis zur Bushaltestelle (Direktfahrt nach Heidelberg) und zum Neckar braucht man ca. 30 Sekunden. Sehr zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegen, nette Restaurants in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen ebenso die Anlegestelle der "Weißen Flotte". Das Haus verfügt über ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und im Badezimmer gibt es eine Dusche und Badewanne. W-LAN vorhanden!!! Kostenloses Parken im nahegelegenen Parkhaus. Wir ,die Frauenrunde , können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen .Es ist alles sehr sauber , gepflegt und gut durchdacht ! Damit keine Wünsche offen bleiben.Sogar Kaffee und die wichtigsten Gewürze vorhanden ! Ein großes Bad und ein seperates WC , so wie wir Frauen es lieben ; ) Die Küche hat eine kleine Sitzecke , so konnte das Wohnzimmer ohne Probleme zum (aus)schlafen genutzt werden. Die Gasgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . S-Bahn und Bus nur ein paar Schritte entfernt , aber nicht störend ! Tiegaragenstellplatz inkl. Vor dem Haus ist eine Sitzgelegenheit . Zum idyllischem Neckar einmal ums Haus herum und schon kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Vielen Dank , wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder !!! ##### Stephanie H. Sehr gute Anbindung an Heidelberg mit dem Bus. Haltestelle direkt um die Ecke! Viel Platz für sie ganze Familie! Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und helfen immer gern. This is a beautiful house and I have enjoyed staying here for the past three weeks. It is within walking distance to the Neckargemünd Hauptbahnhof and there is a bus stop that goes into Heidelberg just a few steps from the door. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen along with a washer/dryer combo for clothes. The owners are wonderful and very helpful! I enjoyed staying here with two friends for three weeks! ##### Rachel S. The house has three bedrooms and could easily sleep 4-5 people. It is located right next to a bus stop that can take you to heidleberg or the neckargemund hauptbahnhof. The bahnhof is also only a 10 minute walk from the home. The house is located right next the river and in the center of neckargemund. If you are looking for a place to stay near heidelberg this is the place for you. Easy access to heaidelberg and all the main attractions along with the experience of a small german town! This is a beautiful house located in the center of neckargemund. A bus stop is a right outside of the door that can take you into heidelberg another beautiful city. This house has three bedrooms and can easily sleep 4-5 people! It has a fully equiped kitchen with wascher and dryer and full bathroom. The family that owns the house was easily accecible when needed and very helpful. If you are looking for a place to stay near heidelberg this is the perfect spot for you!
