Perfect place to stay, polite staff and Manolo the owner was very welcoming! You have the beach few steps away from your suite and warm calm waters the whole day. We also enjoyed the affordable food around the beach and the town has many restaurants and shopping options!

Lovely little hotel

Great little hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. Great position 10mins walk from the old town so nice and quiet. Rooms spotlessly clean, good working a/c. You can hear a bit of noise such as doors opening and closing from other rooms.

Great location right in a little beach. Plenty of cafes and restaurants a stones throw away. Short walk up over a hill to the main town. The room was basic, with a fridge and coffee making facilities. Housekeeping was impressive - our room was spotless, with fresh towels and spotless room daily. Friends staff at the hotel. Hotel Palatia is a lovely hotel, a few steps from the beach, beach bars and restaurants. It’s only a short walk (10 minutes) to Naxos Harbour and the town centre. The hotel is clean, secure and the staff could not be more helpful. We enjoyed our stay and recommend as a great option to enjoy Naxos.

The staff here are genuinely helpful and pleasant, nothing is too much trouble. Clean and tidy with a very nice view of the ocean. A short walk into town for a trip through the back alleyways is a must. Buses are easy to get around in. Property is located a short 20 paces away from the beach. All-in-all a very relaxing time.

Not only was the location perfect , The staff and amenities are way beyond expectations! I don’t know how this hotel doesn’t have more stars because they were so accommodating. The only thing is that there’s no elevator so I don’t recommend heavy luggage. Other than that the Rooms were good quality and view spectacular!

Hidden Gem!!!

This place is amazing!!! As I had read in another review, it is a hidden gem. It is close to shopping, beaches and yet quiet. We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The owner is incredible, had a rental car delivered to us within an hour of our needing it. We had a technical issue with the safe and were immediately helped. Do not miss out on this place. It truly is a hidden gem!!!

I like the people who are working there. From front desk persons to the cleaning lady. They all nice and helpful, make you feel like that you are at home. I would recommend this boutique Hotel to anyone who wants a perfect vacation in Naxos. Our room is facing the beach, the view is fantastic. Water is crystal clear and shallow, good for small kids. Many restaurants on the beach, couple minutes walking to town. For sure we will come back to this lovely hotel when we visit Naxos again. Thank you so much for the people working there!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I can't say enough about my fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The host was incredibly friendly and always eager to assist with any requests or questions, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself was immaculate, with an impressive attention to cleanliness. The room was cleaned perfectly every day and everyone of the personal was super friendly. My accommodation was in one of their modern Deluxe Suites, which was not only stylishly decorated but also equipped with all the amenities one could need. The suite was a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. One of the standout features of this hotel is its location. It is situated right on a superb sandy beach, providing easy access to the sea. Additionally, it is only a five-minute walk to Naxos town, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. Highly recommended!

The location was brilliant, seconds away from the beautiful st george beach and only a few minutes walk to the centre of Chora, the room was clean and spacious and all of the staff were so friendly and very helpful providing recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again! It was lovely to have a few relaxed days on the island and the location of the hotel to the beach was a huge bonus.
