Southern Breeze 4 - Gulf Front Townhome

  • The fun retro beach décor of this gulf-front townhome is sure to satisfy your taste for the ultimate beach vacation. The home is equipped with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. The modern amenities do not end in the kitchen. There are flat screen TVs upstairs and down, glass mosaic tiled showers, a heavenly king size bed in the upstairs master bedroom, and a full size sleeper sofa with a built-in air mattress downstairs. This is a great getaway for two couples or you and your two kids! This is a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome which sleeps 4 **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**
