This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 king size bed in the primary ensuite, 2 full size beds in the second bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 4 guests. Extra fees may apply for more than 4 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit.

Winter rates are deeply discounted and based on 2 guests. Additional guests will increase the nightly rate by 20% for the duration of the additional guests stay.

Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow one, please visit our office at 1C West Tower for pickup. Kindly return the item to the same location after use.
