Additional Information about The Pearl complex. One of the pools is heated year around, geothermal heating. It also has a handicap lift. Additionally, there is a wheelchair ramp to the beach from the pool area. There are community gas and charcoal grills for guest use. The Pearl has a hot tut as well as a fitness center overlooking the Gulf.

The second bedroom has a brand new bunk bed with spacious full on bottom and twin on top, additionally there is a roll out twin in the closet - the unit comfortably sleeps 6. All 3 TV's were upgraded and replaced in 2024, all our smart TVs.
