WINTER RATES This luxury 14th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations with an office on site. Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE. This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings and dining on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 king size bed in the primary ensuite, 2 full size beds in the second bedroom, and 1 king bed in the third bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably. Each room has a television, closet and attached bathroom. The fully furnished kitchen includes dinnerware, cookware, glassware and all you'll need to prepare a full meal or snacks. Small appliances include BOTH a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker, crock pot, blender, toaster and more. Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun. Base rates are for up to 6 guests. Great spot for beach access and close to restaurants and the pier. We have stayed in Beach Colony condos before in different units. This one was clean enough, but I did notice some things that needed taken care of, i.e., dusty bathroom vents, dirt build up by the walls with light switches etc. The construction on the balcony wasn’t ideal but we understand these things have to be taken care of. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the room anyway because the weather was perfect! Overall we had a great week and would recommend this spot for a large family or group wanting a quiet relaxing beach vaxation! ##### Megan O.
