Not only was the location perfect, The staff were friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Their attitude was relaxed but make no mistake everything about this hotel is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is almost like an amazing suite in and of itself. I have never seen a shower room bigger than this outside a spa.

I booked this hotel simply because it was the only 5 star in San Sebastian, which was close to Mugaritz Restaurant, where I had booked a lunch surprise for my husbands birthday. The hotel, and indeed San Sebastian, turned out to be the stars of the trip. Mugaritz was lovely but this hotel is absolutely one of the best we have ever stayed in. We stay in top quality hotels all over the world, but this seriously is up there with them, without any of the fuss, arrogance or ego! We would stay...

Nice clean room, helpful staff, in a great location

Everything was perfect. The welcome, the arranging of transfers, the rooftop bar, the service. The room was incredible. Comfortable, superb beds, fridge, Aircon, view, bathroom (especially the toilet!). Location couldn't be better. It was a festival on our last night but the hotel thoughtfully provided ear plugs. The soundproofing of the windows was excellent anyway. A pinnacle of hotel experiences.

Beautiful hotel close to the city

This was a truly beautiful location and staff could not do enough for you. They were all very friendly and proud of where they worked. The attached winery and tour was a delight!

Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so special. We had originally wanted to stay at the Mary Cristina which was full. However, when we return to San Sebastián we will go back to Villa Soro. Breakfast was a delight of locally sourced produce, and no eyebrows were raised when we came down to breakfast after 11am! A lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed, what more could you ask for - thank you.

Loved our stay - staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a great location very close to the lighthouse. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the pool was good fun. Thank you to all the staff!

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location for Logrono. Free car park nearby too. Rooms were superb, luxurious. Breakfast was excellent with excellent service when required. Staff were extremely helpful and rang wineries for us to book tours with good recommendations. Cannot find fault at all! Would certainly recommend for anyone. Not expensive especially considering how good the hotel is.

Excellent extremely modern and comfortable hotel situated in open countryside wothin a 20 minute walk from historical centre, tapas bars etc.. Free underground parking. Wonderful breakfast. Very highly recommended.

Gorgeous hotel on the waterfront - the most impressive in Saint Jean de Luz, with a nice (simple) spa. The staff are the highlight - effortlessly efficient & totally capable - from the (handsome) door men to the amazing receptionist, capable maids & talented masseuse. This is a beautiful hotel, centrally located, moments from many lovely bars and restaurants in the centre of Logrono. Spacious rooms, comfy big bed and a great bathroom/shower. We used the spa which was a special treat. The hotel staff weee all lovely and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit stay in this hotel again.

Great hotel in wonderful pristine condition. Spotlessly clean. Good, powerful shower in a large marble bathroom. Each room is dedicated to a particular figure in the movie industry. Pleasant and efficient staff. We lunched at the restaurant, which was extremely good and at a reasonable price. The hotel is located adjacent to bus stops which are frequent and take you conveniently to the old town and theme park.
