"The view of Peniscola from the Villa Atalaya is truly breathtaking.The outdoor amenities were very nice and used extensively by our group with one big exception…..THE POOL. "Pros: La casa está muy cerca de la playa de las Fuentes, está muy nueva ( electrodomésticos, baños,…) y es cómoda y fresca, solo tiene aire en el salón pero no pasamos calor. La piscina está a 100 metros de la casa y es grande y cómoda también con espacio de césped Pedí entrar un poco antes y salir después de la hora y nos permitieron hacerlo. "Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette magnifique maison! Nous avons très bien été reçu et la maison est conforme à ce qui a été décrit ! Nous avons adoré le cadre calme dans lequel se trouvait la villa. La piscine commune est très spacieuse et nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps. "The apartment is in a prime location, within walking distance of the beach, supermarket, and restaurants. Situated on the second floor, it is accessible by stairs. The apartment is well equipped, although the furniture is somewhat dated, and it doesn't look as good as it does in the photos. Additionally, there is another apartment downstairs, which means the garden is not available for use."

"Jolie maison confortable et bien équipée. Joli jardin, magnifique piscine, belle terrasse, belle vue sur la mer et la côte balnéaire. Quartier tranquille. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. Le lave vaisselle était en panne mais ce sont des choses qui arrivent. Par contre la clim payante dans la maison principale ça fait un peu pingre... Ca a au moins l'avantage d inciter à ne pas l'utiliser pour rien. Je recommande vivement cette location pour de super vacances en famille ou entre...
