Sleeping facilities for 4 persons are available. Living/dining room with kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed and armchair, satellite TV, air conditioning/heating unit, radiator, microwave, washing machine. Bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside lamps. The residence Urb. Font Nova / Font Sol is located about 4 km from the center of Peniscola. The communal swimming pool with children's pool and the complex's own tennis court can only be used during the high season (01.06.-30.09.). Private parking is available. The vacation apartment is also recommended as a starting point for excursions to the nearby Sierra de Irta, one of the last unspoiled areas in the Valencia region. Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays or other days by arrangement. Important information for Spanish guests: There is no terrestrial antenna, only satellite TV with max. 2 or 3 Spanish channels. There is a transponder for access to the pool area.
