Modern 4* in lovely location, everything spot on for us. Of course the photos on the listing are clever, the gym and pool are much smaller irl; but still all good. Local town is lovely too, plenty of nice restaurants and a market came on Tuesday.

Amazing, if you don't care about staff and food

The hotel had a great atmosphere and it is pretty. Staff is not well trained and food is bearable. reception: we had a terrible experience. Check-in was delayed. Staff was unfriendly. Didn't give clear instructions for spa and pool area. We kept asking about towels and they didn't have a clear answer. Turns out, you need to rent the towels, but they also did not say where or showed us the towels. We got a welcome drink for each person and when we order it, we had order all four together; it was non-alcoholic welcome drinks only; and there was only one option of drink, which was a mix of sugar syrups. If they are not welcoming drinks, just don't give it to people. spa: Disappointing. It is paid to get in, even though it does not say in hotels.com and it is hidden in their website. It is only for 40m. Towels are not included. Spa was cold, and it is not a cozy spa. main restaurant: Food was ok. You can always find something to eat, but far from good. Low end disney/cruise buffet. pool bar: Food was really good at the bar (paid sandwiches). Service was not so good, but ok. kidsclub: staff is great. timings are ok (could be longer). facilities are nice. pool area: really nice, taken care of It was early May, so not too busy, which was very nice. location: amazing; can walk to the beach, can walk to restaurants (10m for better options), and even to the center (a bit further).

Hotel espectacular, el servido muy buenos y amables en todo momento, la única pega son las camas que a la hora de dormir si eres de moverte un poco suenan mucho y te hace desvelar cada 2 por 3, son muy cómodas para dormir pero sin moverte.. por lo demás genial! Intentaremos volver a repetir nos gustó mucho las piscinas!.

Mauvaise surprise lors de cette réservation via hotels.Com. Nous avions réservé pour 2 adultes, 1 enfant et 1 bébé. Un fois arrivé à l'hôtel, le bébé n'avait pas été pris en compte et il nous a été demandé un supplément pour le nourrisson. Ce sont clairement des frais cachés et ceci est inacceptable

Mi marido hizo pago en metálico y en ese momento no nos diet ninguna factura,al día siguiente cuando dejábamos el hotel nos vuelven a reclamar el pago,los dos recepcionistas que nos hicieron el cheking

Experiencia muy negativa

El hotel no está en absoluto a la altura de categoría de 4 estrellas. Colas en recepcion a todas horas, cola para el desayuno, comedor con el aire cargadisimo, decoracion estilo industrial, aislamiento sonoro insuficiente en la habitacion

Mini vacaciones ideales.

Hemos estado 5 días y la estancia ha sido magnifica. El personal muy amable. La animación para los niños está bien. La comida es variada y abundante y no es muy repetitiva.
