"I was skeptical when booking because the photos posted from the property looked like renderings maybe but it was truly as advertised. Really had great experience with the staff such as Lily and Rose who all knew what my travel plans were for each day and trying to make the experience special. I put 9.8/10 when I checked out but looking back it was a 10/10 experience, maybe just knocked off the 0.2 for how hot it is outside which isn't the hotels fault haha."

"Great hotel, great price. We were travelling on our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond for us. They quickly prepared our room despite it being very early, since we had arrived from Sapa on the overnight bus, so we could rest and clean up. We also enjoyed some well-made cocktails made by Peter at the Sky Bar. The staff at every operation were kind and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again. "
