This boutique hotel was situated in a prime location of Old Quarter. There were great restaurants and stores in every direction, all within a half mile. While we were there, a Super Typhoon slammed Hanoi. The hotel staff stayed with guests, and we didn't lose power or water. Everyone from the guest relations manager and front desk staff, to the maids and restaurant waiters were attentive and professional. They made our stay in Hanoi comfortable and pleasurable. Clean & sufficient space. Most of the hotel has problems such as hot water, flushing or leakage in washroom. But this hotel did not have such problems and it is remarkable. They also listen my comments about the noise coming from the machine outside randomly and provide me solutions. It is very surprising. Lastly, would like recommend this hotel to provide more hot food choices in the skybar. Because sometimes would like to enjoy the drinks and food with a beautiful view bar. Also the price is a bit higher than others.
