We stayed at the Majesty twice during a recent visit to Vietnam. Location/facilities are great. However it was the staff who really made our stay so enjoyable - they could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Luxury amenities, highly professional and attentive staff . What a gem find on Expedia. Hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter and perfect landing place to navigate through the area. Was extremely impressed with the kindness and care of staff. Great rooftop Sly Bar with views of Hoan Kirk Lake. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Room is excellent & friendly staff, location are excellent but facing main road cause some sounds disturbing (bike beeping sounds) in mid night although window closed. Another issue will be the water heater seems hot then suddenly cool then hot again (temperature not static). Overall room are fantastic & meeting expectation. I'll choose to stay again this hotel without hesitation.

Our recent stay at La Sinfonía Majesty in Hanoi was excellent and very memorable. The hotel is located in a prime location near the lake in the Old Quarter. Easy and walkable to everything you’d want. This boutique hotel had all the amenities you’d want and was well furnished. The highlight from our arrival to departure was the staff. They continually looked after our every need. They exceeded all expectations. They were professional, personal and knowledgeable. Most notably were Lena, Bebe and Linh. They helped plan our days, handled logistics, provided ideas and were always pleasant and compassionate. They went so far as to put together a detailed written plan for taking in a number of sites and activities. Their service was the best of places we’ve visited in foreign travels. True friends! The staff at breakfast was always helpful and the spa was the most professional we’ve experienced. It was lead by Ha, the supervisor, who was thorough, professional and not only interested in our satisfaction but also any ways to improve. The hotel definitely had a culture of ensuring all guests had an excellent experience. We highly recommend the hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at La Sinfonía Majesty Hotel & Spa. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to answer our questions and assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options. The omelet station was excellent, serving freshly made omelets, and we especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and delicious Vietnamese coffee. The hotel also helped us arrange our tours to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh, both of which were fantastic experiences. Our Halong Bay trip with Orchid Cruise was truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Ms. Anna, who was extremely helpful in organizing our tours and airport transfers. Her assistance made our trip much smoother and more enjoyable. If you are looking for a clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in the center of Hanoi's Old Quarter, this hotel is an excellent choice. Thank you for a great stay!
