"This is a great location. The staff are super helpful. Good directions to get i to the property. Only issue was the shower heads were both not working properly. "
"Located in a very beautiful and safe district. Almost no tourists at all, just locals. Lot’s of restaurants and bars and cafes. Metro station within 100 meters. Beautiful building and spacious room with a private balcony."
"We used this property as our first and last night in Italy. Worked well for our travel in and out of Naples. Anna was extremely accommodating and friendly. The property itself was in a great spot for getting on the train to Sorrento (Although we did have to take two different ones). Lots of cafes and shopping. "
"Great location, super helpful and friendly staff. It's easy to walk around from there, and definitely recommend the roof top bar for some amazing views of the city. The building itself is a little dated, but well maintained. It was perfect for our one night of exploring Naples. "
"First off, let me qualify my visit by sharing that im 80 years old, i primarily stay in Cassino 3 months a year, and this is my first experience with hotels of this style, deeply imbeded in large multistory buildings of varied occupancy. I'm currently in route to Puzzuoli. I normally reside on forested mountain acreage where I don't even see my neighbors for weeks at a time. Enjoy the contrast! 😆
Finding these emdeded hotels is challenging, but obviously possible! 🙄 This one has three...
"This was right by the metro and also Via Toledo which is a popular shopping area in Naples, Italy. Absolutely loved my time in Naples and this location was very convenient, next to many food spots and the bars!"
"Great location! slightly outside of the busy city center of naples but still extremely accessible. Train 1 minute walk away!
Staff was very helpful with helping us navigate the area and accommodating by holding our luggage prior to check in. "
"This B&B was in a great location. The unit was on the top floor which was nice to look out over the street. Our host Gianluca was very helpful and gave us lots of information on the surrounding area. I would recommend and would stay again!"

"Great location to stay in Napoli , short walking distance to shopping and eating area. Loved how they treated my fiancé for her birthday, they sent a champagne bottle to our room. Highly recommend!!! "
"Hotel SFM was an amazing find. We only had one night but could have stayed longer. They arranged to pick us up at the port and the hotel is very close, yet situated on the mountain with amazing views of the Bay of Naples. An old monastery, the building itself is very interesting and the artwork spectacular. They also have a small pool where you can have a light lunch and the main restaurant is truly fabulous. Lastly, although we left very early, as our room included breakfast they actually packed a to-go bag for us which was very thoughtful. 5* from this recent guest."
"I really liked the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially at the start of my stay when they went the extra mile to help with my taxi from the airport. During my stay they were also helpful with suggestions about what to do in Naples and courteous and friendly in the mornings at breakfast. The hotel is very clean, smart and contemporary looking whilst also being a historic building. I really liked the central courtyard that is also a dining area. Breakfast was good and there was always a lot of choice of food. Food is also served in the evenings at the hotel. The menu wasn't huge, but the food was very good and reasonably priced. The adjoining bar is very popular and has a terrace with a view out over the bay. The room was clean and smart. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower. The hotel is within walking distance of three funicular lines down into the centre of Naples and also the park of the Villa Floridiana is 2 minutes away whilst the beautiful and interesting Certosa di San Martino and the Castel Sant'Elmo, both with stunning views over the city, are about a 15 minute walk.
