"We were there for 5 days. We’re told they’d clean every other day. They never cleaned our room. I paid extra for CITY VIEW!!! Our view was of another building. No city view!!! They were under construction that wasn’t told to us before hand. "

"Not a bad place for the price but a bit micro hotels. Won’t want to spend time there but you’re in NYC so you shouldn’t be anyway. However, confusing shower adjustments, no hot water and a black out curtain that did close all the way so the lights from across the courtyard blared all night."

"The staff was phenomenal. I want to start this review by saying that the staff was friendly and very helpful. However- the hotel was not worth the money charged. 1- the elevators were very slow, very small, and, the entire time we were there, one was broken. 2- the set up of the bathroom shower was confusing. I had to call the front desk to figure out how to get hot water to run. I was told this is a safety feature but the mechanism is both old and flawed. 3- the temperature in our room was extremely warm. We made several attempts to adjust the thermostat but the temperature in our room stay between 76 and 78° for our entire stay."

"Well maintained establishment, the credit limit was $35 a night which sounds good but everything to eat is ~$30+ and they include the tip in the bill regardless, overall good stay and I was able to get to the subway with no problem "

"We had a lengthy stay, 7 days in total, and we were so happy the entire time! The room was very comfortable, with great bedding. They refilled the minibar daily with waters, sodas and snacks. The staff were extra helpful and friendly, any possible question or issue they were on it instantly. We felt so welcome and well cared for. Extra special shout-outs to Bryan, Cindy, and Aaron. Every trip back to NYC, this will be our go-to stay!"

"No refrigerator, coffee maker, nor microwave. There’s a Starbucks, in the lobby that opens at 6:30. Did not hear neighbors. Partner said the room was small, not too bad. Nice view from 25th floor. Tic Toc restaurant is open 24 hr., good and reasonable. Some nice Art Deco elements. "

"I cannot praise Abraham at the front desk enough for making my check-in experience so welcoming. I was however very dissatisfied with the comfort of my bed. For the price I paid for 1 night (over $600) I did not feel as though I got the true value for which I had paid for. "
