"Extremely well located hotel with some very good shopping/dining opportunities nearby. The cleaning staff are friendly & cleaned the room later in the day even if I had my do not disturb light on in the morning. The only slight negative is not being able to go straight to your the floor via the lifts. There are 2 subway stations a close walk by."

"Good not great - I booked one of the character themed rooms on the 14th. These are more expensive. The themed decor is excellent. However the room is not really fit for two adults - only one wide table and only one charger near the bed. The chargers on the desk didn’t work and the far charger near the tv was low voltage and so took a she to do anything. The air con is centrally maintained and during our stay was too cold. Also the vents don’t appear to have been cleaned. When opting to open the window this is behind the desk and if open the curtains aren’t thick enough to keep any light out with the window closed (the window has a blind on it). The entire room (likely as the window is never open and the air on never cleaned) is very musky and humid. A dehumidifier is provided but with the lack of functional plugs it wasn’t possible to use this. The bathroom was fine but the shower head desperately needed cleaning. The real selling points of this hotel were the location and the excellent buffet breakfast"
