The windows aren't that well sound proof as we could hear the traffic even thought we were on the 10th floor. Staff are friendly and curteous. Buffet breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. There was renovations taking place which we were made aware of after we've booked it, but that didn't bother us as we were out during the day. However, the lack of available lifts due to the renovations made us wasted a lot of time just waiting for an available lift with enough space for us."
