"Staff was super nice at reception, dining room and staff cleaning rooms. The hotel is ina great location. You got Chinatown literally around the corner. Across the street a huge shopping center that includes a very nice food store. Parking is available at garage first come-first serve. I would stay here again. "

"No complaints about the Hotel10 front desk and valet staff - they’re professional, helpful & accommodating. Main concern is the cleaners and the room itself - there were a lot of scuff marks on the walls, the TV remote wasn’t working, the wardrobe light was dead, no water provided, and cherry on top was there was a small patch of blood on our sheets which tells me they didn’t change our sheets before our check-in."

"Disappointing that the dry sauna was not working, but the pool and hotbtub were nice. There was a very attentive and helpful male lifeguard who made sure me and my children were safe in the pool, as they are not able to swim. Was reassuring to see him watching closely for their safety. "

"Lots of items to select for breakfast. Central to everything you could want to see in Montreal. Oftentimes, sirens from emergency vehicles were heard at all hours."

"A very nice stay. Hotel in a great location 4 minutes walk from Eaton Centre. About 15-20 min walk to Old Montreal. There’s a grocery store (IGA) a 10 minute walk away. Only complaints are that no spatula in the kitchen and the sheets were pilling on both beds which is not comfortable "
