Natal Hotel Guide - Family Friendly Hotels in Natal, Brazil

I liked this hotel overall but if you are a non-smoker like me, you are going to be disappointed because they do not have non smoking rooms. They will tell you it is non smoking but as soon as you walk in the room the smell of cigarette is strong. They changed me to another room, same story because they do not have any signs on the rooms saying not to smoke. So all the rooms have STRONG smell of cigarette smoke. Another problem is their fire scape exits are not lighted. It is just a sign hanging on the ceiling. In case of fire that the lights go out, you would not know where the fire exit signs are. When I get to my hotel, the first thing I do is, from the door of my room I close my eyes and by touching the wall I guide myself to the fire exit so I know with my eyes closed how to get to the fire exit in case the lights went out because of the fire or the smoke is so heavy that you can not see. I recommend everybody that stays in a hotel, mainly when is several floors, to do the same. No smoke alarm either.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and overall service and facilities were good.
