#### Worse WiFi ever, they don’t accept Apple Pay.
Great hotel in a great location. However, there are a few weird things that Americans will find very unusual one is they do not accept Apple Pay (when even the street vendors in Brazil do). Second it’s probably the worst Wi-Fi in a hotel I have ever used in Brazil. They probably don’t even try to improve it so if you work remote do not rely on the Wi-Fi. It’s absolutely hideous. The only thing that saved this hotel is the location, the breakfast and the staff Everything else is just not great, needless to say that I wouldn’t return.

#### Probably Better Options
I don't want to rag on the place, but my guess is that there are much better options. This place is rundown, physically uncomfortable (the bed! The chairs in the room! Even the loungers by the pool!), noisy, and just not nice. Very minimal english was spoken (not their fault; I'm the one visiting, so that's my problem to deal with) which made asking for things very challenging. The room I was put in had construction occuring above and next to it, preventing me from ever "relaxing" in my room during normal business hours. Additionally, the room lacked blankets (just a sheet) and the AC options were "freezing" or "minimal and humid." The buffet offerings for dinner and breakfast were fine, though you can't just "a glass" of wine with dinner. The pool areas were nice as well (if you can tolerate children.) Oh, and points for a swim-up bar. Direct beach access from the hotel was also a plus (even if the surf made the water a little too rough to enjoy.) And the showers were hot and with great water pressure. But overall, the place seems underutilized; beach bars and in-lobby coffee bars that were unattended, difficulty in getting waiters' attention for service at the pool, things like that.

The hotel is nice however, the walls are thin. You can hear other guests and there’s this strange window in the bathroom that is open to, I believe, a mechanical room and the room next door also has a window with the same situation and you could hear each other whether it was conversation or using the bathroom. Also was next to a housekeeping room and heard them anytime they were there.

I would give 5 stars for the locations and views. The hotel is very old and smells mold. My first room was horrible. I wasn't sure if the linens was changed because of the stains we saw. My second room was ok. Overall I do not recommend this hotel if you like comfortable rooms like me.

#### A área externa é boa mas os quartos cheiram a mofo
Fiquei hospedado no Rifóles Praia Hotel & Resort e tive uma experiência bem decepcionante. A parte externa é ótima, bem cuidada, o café da manhã é bom e o acesso à praia é excelente. Porém, o quarto em que fiquei (5º andar) tinha cheiro forte de mofo, precisei dormir com a janela aberta, e ouvi muitos outros hóspedes reclamando do mesmo problema. As acomodações internas são fracas e não condizem com a estrutura externa. Outro ponto negativo é que o hotel não aceita pagamento por aproximação, apenas cartão físico, pix ou dinheiro. Por isso, optamos por não consumir nada lá dentro e acabamos usando restaurantes e mercados próximos, o que foi a parte positiva. O pior foi no check-out: ao recusarmos pagar a taxa de turismo opcional, minha esposa foi obrigada a escrever de próprio punho uma declaração, ditada em voz alta pela recepcionista, gerando enorme constrangimento. Não recebemos cópia do documento. Achei a atitude abusiva e desrespeitosa. No geral, apesar da boa área externa e da localização, os quartos ruins, a falta de tecnologia de pagamento e o constrangimento no atendimento fizeram a estadia ser péssima. Não voltarei.

#### Fantástico, mas necessita de reformas
Hotel tradicional em Ponta Negra que já merece reformas e atualizações para um público cada vez mais exigente. Apesar disso, a limpeza é impecável e o atendimento cortês e diligente. Seu grande diferencial em relação a qualquer outro hotel mais moderno na região está em seu amplo e variado parque aquático e ser do tipo pé-na-areia, com disponibilidade de serviços na praia.

Hotel tem muito cheiro de mofo e tem quartos antigos e a cama não era confortável. Café da manhã bom. Área de lazer, piscinas muito boas. Meu quarto tinha TV com péssima imagem, pedi para irem arrumar e nunca foram. Pedi para trocar de quarto e não me atenderam. Pelo atendimento ruim não voltarei.

peguei um quarto que esta fedendo a mofo comuniquei a recepção e eles me acomodaram em outro quarto, tv sem acesso aos canais, o wifi não pega os dados moveis também não pegava so pegava na recepção

Apartamento reservado, úmido, com vários sinais de mofo, sem condições de uso. Trocaram por um melhor, porém a TV não ligou, trocaram e não ligou, ficamos 6 dias sem TV. Hotel muito sujo, área das piscinas sujas,funcionários despreparados. Café da manhã muito fraco, parte quente sem sabor e todos os 6 dias o mesmo cardápio.

Não gostei e não recomendo. Quarto lotado de pernilongos. Porta da sacada quebrada . Ar condicionado super barulhento e além de tudo havia um barulho constante a noite toda . Cama super desconfortável, luz do banheiro não estava funcionando direito e telefone quebrado .

Foi uma das piores hospedagens. Cafe da manhã ate com bastante itens mas.sem qualidade, farto em.frutas que salva o cafe da manha. Fiz a reserva em uma suite luxo, e que no anuncio tinha viata do mar. Acabou sendo um quarto no piso da garagm ,umido, piso vazando no quarto e banheiro., apesar de ser uma suite reformada. Reclamei no checkin mas disseram que o hotel estava cheio, mesmo me propondo a pagar a diferença. Ha um serio preconceito e os piores quartos sao destinados ao Hoteis.com e outros sites. Reclamamos varias cezes mas a recepcionista Rayara, acho que era esse o nome so revirava os olhos e com total desprezo para resolver qq problema. Na véspera do meu checkout conseguimos com um funcionario da recepção que nao pegamos o nome, trocou nossa suite da 624 para 615, um apto antigo ainda aem.reforma, mas ligava o chuveiro e agua vazava pelo quarto. Enfim ficamos o minimos de tempo possivel no quarto. Nunca mais voltarei neste hotel caso volte a Natal.

Hotel sem tv a cabo. Não funcionava um canal. Internet no apto não funcionava. Informei ao hotel 3 vezes. Na terceira vez fui na recepção conversar mandaram técnico e o mesmo falou que não tinha o que fazer. Quanto a internet o mesmo falou que não era com ele. E não se movimentou para nada. Ficamos por 8 dias sem acesso a nada. Um dos dias minha filha passou mal e tivemos que ficar no quarto. Foi horrível nada funcionava. Serviço bem ruim da recepção. A recepcionista falou no terceiro dia que estávamos nesse apto que o mensageiro iria no quarto para me mostrar um apto para trocarmos não foi ninguém. Na véspera de irmos embora no sétimo dia deixaram uma carta que iam nos mudar de apto as 18h. Só que no dia seguinte as 8:30h saímos da hotel. Uma falta de atenção total com cliente. Conversei na véspera de sair do hotel com a Patrícia que estava substituindo a gerente e ela só sabia pedir desculpas e falava que iria verificar. Jantamos no hotel todos dias. Comida quase semore a mesma. Sobremesas pareciam todas industrializadas. Nada gostoso. Achamos bem ruim restaurante do hotel. Deveriam ter sobremesa regionais e caseiras. Quem vai num resort quer comer comidas regionais saborosas e belas sobremesas. Funcionários restaurante faziam Pouco caso, vc pedia informação de alguma comida eles falam tem que falar com o chef e viravam as costas. Ué…. Nós hóspedes que deveríamos entrar na cozinha e falar com o Chef? . Foi o pior hotel que fiquei a anos. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum.

Já tinha ido 2 vezes nesse hotel, e tinha adorado, dessa vez não tive muita sorte, o hotel está precisando URGENTE de uma reforma, quartos com muito cheiro de morfo, guarda-roupa precisando de manutenção, bacia sanitária quebrada, corredores com aspecto de descuido. Na chegada fui muito mal atendida pela recepcionista Sergilandia Fraga, mal humorada e seca nas sua palavras, não colaborativa para resolver nosso problema. Fiquei muito decepcionada. A única coisa boa foi o gerente Leandro, que com uma educação sem igual resolveu meu problema e me tratou muito bem.

#### Viagem em Família com 2 crianças
O Resort é muito lindo! Ótimo para viagens em família, café da manhã muito bem servido. Toalhas limpas todo tempo e 5 piscinas maravilhosas. Dica de melhoria: aumentar a iluminação do quarto e a cortina do quarto higienizar (n° 704), fora isso tudo maravilhoso. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes no Rifóles.
