Pros: I would not call it a hotel. It was an apartment. It was clean and stocked with basic towels, wash rags and silverware. Beds were comfortable
Location: Location was good and there were plenty of things to do and eating places.
The layout of the room was not user friendly. The way the restroom facility was built is not convenient for usage by 2 different people. The shower, toilet and sink were in the main restroom. If you wanted to do your hair or shave you had to go the bedroom to do that do to the lack of counter space in the restroom. The WIFI did not work. You could get High Speed internet by purchasing it. The sink drain in the main bedroom was partially plugged and would back up. We were told on arrival not to use the deck do to safety concerns.

Would not return

Posted 26-Dec-2017
Room was not as advertised. Amenities were only a pool. Rooms were cheaply made. You could hear everything with your neighbors. Pressure pressure and then hassle if you attend their time share seminars. Should have stayed in a cheap road side motel for a lot less since there was nothing great about this place.

Weekend Stay at Wyndham Resort - Nashville

Posted 08-Dec-2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Do not have the volume set automatically so high on the TV when it is first turned on. One has to quickly change stations because of the loudness.
Overall, the location and resort accommodations met are needs for a weekend trip to Nashville. The most disappointing thing was having the smoke detector fail and set off the alarm in the room during the first morning of our stay. The alarm is quite disturbing. Maintenance came to the room, removed the smoke detector, turned off the alarm and put the same detector back on the ceiling. Later, in the middle of the night, the alarm went off again. This was extremely disturbing to be awakened from a dead sleep. I pulled the alarm from the ceiling and the alarm turned off. The next morning I called and reported this to Maintenance. Not sure if a new detector was installed but it did not happen again during our stay. I also reported that a closet bi-fold door came off tracks due to loose attaching hardware but was not fixed. I also reported that the toilet tank kept cycling due to an internal leak. This was most noticeable at night when the room was quiet. They claimed it was fixed but it continued to cycle during our entire stay.

Nice Facilities for Long Term Stay

Posted 14-Nov-2017
Although the room had great amenities including washer & dryer (with free soap), kitchen and separate living area the hotel needs some upgrading. Every tile in the kitchen was cracked, the old combination tub/shower was soft in the middle, had damage, and looked about 30 years old, as well as the one piece vanity top. The staff were very friendly, but were unable to give us a check out past 11:00am. We understand the rooms are larger and may need more time to service, but I left the room spotless and was an easy clean up for the housekeeper.

Convenient and tidy

Posted 30-Oct-2017
Firstly, I should of done my research to see that it was a time share property. Front desk staff very polite and quick on check in, but then they sent me to another desk to get my "parking pass" and that is where the hard sell started. As we were from overseas it was sold to us as they were inviting us to breakfast to get feedback for their international market. The speel went on and on and to be honest I just played along until they wanted me to commit to attending a breakfast and sign a piece of paper. I then politely said we were not interested in time share to which the lady responded it was nothing to do with time share, which I pointed out was not the case as that was what was emblazoned across the header if the paper she wanted me to sign. Anyway, we finally escaped that and were put in the last room on the huge property, the futherest room at the top of the furtherest tower. No sweat, they had elevators, car parking plentiful. Room as well appointed and had everything you needed to cook for yourself and do washing should you need to. Bed was comfy enough, though there was this dirty big hatch in the roof right above which had a corner out and looked like something was ready to fall out. Refrigerator ran extremely noisy and kept me awake most of the night. Tidy enough room but looked very worn and tired, got the feeling that as an Expedia customer we were given a not so flash room that might encourage us to come back anytime soon. Bus into town on property was useful

warning warning

Posted 19-Oct-2017 on Orbitz
Pros: THE ROOM WAS NICE, IT HAD EVERYTHING .
Cons: PUT A STEP STOOL IN THE ROOM SO YOU CAN GET INTO THE BED
Location: Opry, shopping food
this is not a hotel, it is a timeshare. they do not take NO for an answer. I was told by the time share sales lady Oct 18th 2017,10:30am that I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE HER PRESENTATION,,,,,,,,I WAS FOLLOWED BY 2 EMPLOYEES INTO THE PARKING LOT trying to give me my prize.. I was told it would only take 1 1/2 hours, after 2 hours I had to leave as I had a plane to catch. I am over 65 and this was a horrible experience, Being told I could not leave made me feel like a hostage. I finally warned the sales lady that I was going to call the police. THEN BEING FOLLOWED TO MY CAR, WHAT KIND OF A PLACE IS THIS ????? I WILL NOT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN, NEVER EVER...................

Great hotel for the Price in the Opry area.

Posted 19-Oct-2017
Pros: size of the rooms
Cons: none
Location: Grand Ole' Opry, Opryland, Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood
Enjoyed staying at the Wyndham Resort for our stay while attending a conference. Great option to the prices at the Opryland.
