The property was perfect. It was walking distance to Broadway! Actually walking distance to alot of places. We walked to the Ryman for a show. We didn't use the kitchen except for the coffee pot. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean, as advertised, and in a great location for what we wanted to do. The walk to Broadway was easy, don't let the hill scare you on the way back, it's not that bad and we are seniors! Would stay here again.

Great communication from our hosts. Directions to the property were clear. A great location, near the freeway and downtown. The heat was on when we arrived on this chilly December day, thanks! Parking was easy. Being in a gated community gave us a sense of security. Apartment was cozy and well stock with towels, blankets and condiments. The place was very clean. It is a great stay in Nashville. We would definitely recommend this property!

Great Nashville location

This was our first VRBO experience. The property was everything described by owner. Even though I can't walk far, the walk to Broadway was easy. Many good restaurants were also in walking distance. The place was clean and well maintained. The owners were easy to contact and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to enjoy Nashville.

This place was exactly as advertised. It was cute & it was cozy. A couple stores & places to eat with in blocks. Seemed like a safe neighborhood. Close enough to Broadway to walk or uber. Had a nice little balcony patio with some great morning sun light. Would recommend.

We had so much fun in Nashville, and loved this condo! The description is accurate and you CAN walk to Broadway and back quite easily. There are so many things to do, but this property is clean, comfortable and quiet, so "staying in" is a pleasure too. The hosts provide some nice amenities (k-cups, toiletries, laundry detergent, and more), which was appreciated. Even a bottle of Champaigne!

Just as advertised. Great location, under a mile walk to downtown Nashville. Ample, free parking (which is perfect for a rental car, but frankly you could get away with walking everywhere and ubering when necessary). Easy communication with hosts, plenty of free amenities to get you through a few days (crackers, toiletries, etc). Stayed with my mother and we both had our own large beds, ample shared space in living room and kitchen. Being used to city and apt life, I was not bothered by it at all, but if you're not used to that there is "noise", light footsteps upstairs, the occasional fire engine siren, etc. Host provided ear plugs (I normally travel with my own anyway) and I slept just fine! May I suggest a white noise machine/app if your sensitive to things like that, because this location is totally worth it! Would definitely stay here again.

This place was nice, exactly as advertised and very secure. It is close to broadway but is on a hill so if you are not in good physical shape it may be hard to navigate walking back and forth.
