📦 SUPPLY STARTER KIT  
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That’s why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay. The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

This was perfect for a group weekend getaway. Lots of beds, plenty of room to spread out and nice amenities. The place was clean and had plenty of towels. The garage equipped with pool table,cornhole boards and TV was a nice extra. Easy $8 Uber to Broadway

#### Great weekend with cousins!

We especially loved that the hosts immediately responded to the few little things that needed to be addressed. Us old people getting in through coded doors. And the beeping smoke alarm battery. Literally immediate response and fix! The beds are very comfortable! The funnest part is that rooftop! Just beautiful views and comfort. We ubered everywhere and it was quick and easy to get back and forth from home to downtown. Would stay again! Thank you wonderful hosts! Will recommend stay minty to all!

This was a beautiful 4 level condo. Close to the airport and downtown, and the rooftop view was gorgeous. Unfortunately there were some cleanliness issues upon arrival: Dirty Q-Tip on the bathroom floor, I found dirty socks and hair in my sheets, both bedspreads in my room were dirty along with the spare pillow, and the fridge water was not in working condition so we had to run to the store for some. After letting them know, the bedding on one bed was changed at 8pm the night before checkout. The other dirty bedding was never changed even after requesting, and some pillows were left without a pillowcase. Part of the cleaning fee was refunded, but I feel it should have been more. Overall I would recommend this place if they had more reliable cleaners and maintenance staff. This was for my mom’s birthday weekend and we were disappointed.

Absolutely loved the house we stayed in. Lots of room. Great roof top deck. Close to everything. Only complaint we had was the garage door code didn’t work until nearly the end of our stay. So we had to walk around the block to open the front door to close the garage door. Then blackout the front door.

Such a fun place! Listing exactly like listed. So helpful and quick to respond. Such an easy in and out process. Baseboards and windowsill could be a little cleaner. But truly will be back in the future! The best weekend in a while.

There was plenty of space for 10 adults and the rooftop space was great! Only issue we encountered was the thermostat on the 2 lower levels wasn’t working so it was very hot. The host was quick to respond and did send someone out to fix it.

#### Batchelor trip

Get place to stay. We had a get time on our Batchelor's trip for golf and night seen in down town Nashville. Roof top with the fire pit was a great place to hang with drinks. The tankless waterheater was nice to have with all of us showering and not having to worry about running out of hot water. Just know if you have a full size truck you will need to park on the street cause it will not fit in the 2 car garage.

I love the mini stay because it was everything that was on line this is exactly how the house was three stories of rooftop I mean just it was lovely very cozy we always there is couples so we really enjoyed ourselves there yeah I need to check them out because it's worth the money we will be booking again very soon the host was wonderful she kept checking in on us and making sure everything was okay and when I text her back she respond with timely manner and that's what I love a host that knows how to check on who they are running a place to call and make sure they're okay make sure everything is what it is supposed to be in the house

#### Good place to stay

Overall it was nice to stay. There were a few issues that I feel like other people would like to know. First the fire pit was out of propane and we didn’t check it till late and so we had to go without a fire pit for one night. I felt like it should have been ready to go. Also, check in is so late at 4 that we had to arrange for someplace to put bags that didn’t cost so much. Minty offered to charge us 100 but that is insulting after how much the place costs. Just let us put them in the garage. Last, there aren’t many pots and pans, or sink detergents or sponges so you’ll have to go to the store to get basic cleaning stuff. The garbage disposal stopped working at one point, but they sent a guy to fix it reasonably quickly. Also, the cushions upstairs on the roof were wet from the dew that was happening each night, I think they should have had them stored And dried out for us. Other than that the only other thing is that the top bunks on the room with 4 double beds are difficult to climb up to.
