Please note all animals must be approved prior to booking. We have a $125 pet fee. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm. Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. Jen was great to work with and her townhouse is spectacular. It has a nice garage and very spacious with three levels.
