Very convenient & quiet

Very convenient to everything we needed. The place was surprisingly quiet for being right off the main street. Several restaurants within walking distance. Bed is super comfortable. Also has a lovely pool available (it was too cold for us to swim during our trip).

10 minutes to downtown condo

This studio apt was very much what we were looking for. It’s a good spot for a home base that offers a lot of options. There are cute neighborhood shops nearby on 8th, if you venture over to 12th there are a ton of shops and restaurants different coffee shops as well. There are parks nearby as well. The best part is you can take the bus across the street to downtown $4 round trip as opposed to up to $45 to park in downtown, it may add time to your trip but we found it to be relaxing and a little more adventurous. The bus ride itself is only 10 minutes, wait times can be longer. The ac worked well, the area is quiet, there’s a pool for summer use, fell in love with the rain shower in the bathroom, kitchen has the basics you need and Publix supermarket is maybe a block away. Great place for a wknd adventure or home base to discover the greater Nashville area.
