It is central to just about everything and just a short distance to all of the many great neighborhoods in town (including walking distance to the 12th South and Melrose neighborhoods. It is a wonderful place to call “home base” while in Nashville! THE POOL: We have a fantastic pool. Unfortunately, the pool is only open for your enjoyment late-Spring though late-Summer. It typically closes around Labor Day...and is sometimes open later in the year if the weather is nice! Traveling with more than 4 people? Ask us about other units that we own in the same building! Guests will be able to access the free parking onsite, all common areas, the pool, the laundry room, etc. Pretty much everything! We live nearby and are always available to our guests at anytime via text, email, and phone. All our listing information is accurate and up-to-date. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications regarding your stay. You will have access to the entire condo. You will be given your own key code the week prior to your arrival for easy, seamless access to check-in & checkout. It’s a good spot for a home base that offers a lot of options. There are cute neighborhood shops nearby on 8th, if you venture over to 12th there are a ton of shops and restaurants different coffee shops as well. There are parks nearby as well. The best part is you can take the bus across the street to downtown $4 round trip as opposed to up to $45 to park in downtown, it may add time to your trip but we found it to be relaxing and a little more adventurous. The bus ride itself is only 10 minutes, wait times can be longer. The ac worked well, the area is quiet, there’s a pool for summer use, fell in love with the rain shower in the bathroom, kitchen has the basics you need and Publix supermarket is maybe a block away. Great place for a wknd adventure or home base to discover the greater Nashville area. ##### Sharon F.
