It was quiet with great proximity to everything. Check in/out was super easy with clear instructions. Multiple beds so kids having their own space was a plus. Mattresses were thin with metal dorm style frames but comfortable enough. Only major issue was oven/stove seemed to have a short and wouldn't stay on making it difficult to cook for family. Issue reported but not fixed during stay. Overall, place attended to our needs in a no frills fashion. We enjoyed the amenities (pool), parking, location, and space. Absolutely worst VRBO experience I have ever had. First night found a bed bug and had to stay in the condo because we had no where else to go. The management team said they had no other options for us. Next morning they still had no other options for us, they told us we had to stick it out another day before the bed bugs got treated. So I was forced to find a new VRBO and check out. It was very stressful and the worst experience, I’ll never stay there again and I was very disappointed how the management team handled it. I didn’t even get a phone call with an apology or suitable solution. It really put me and my family in a tough situation trying to find another place for 4 days and there was 6 of us! ##### Casey E. The arrival was easy and the accommodation was clean. The luggage carts left a little to be desired, but overall they worked. There were two chairs on the balcony, but they were unusable as the seating fabric was dry rotted and disintegrating. The first night of a three night stay, the smoke detectors started chirping . I waited until the morning and contacted the property manager and was told they would send someone by. That night as we were winding down our day, the smoke detectors started chirping again. I texted the management at 9:15 to let them know that no one had showed up during the day and not the detectors were chirping again. The service man did show up at 11:00 PM.
