Finally, if you are heading to a Titan's game, you'll be just 1.5 The Space: ★Layout★ First Level - Living Room, Kitchen, Half Bathroom Second Level - Bedroom One with queen bed and en suite bathroom, Bedroom Two with queen bed and en suite bathroom Third Floor - Bedroom Three with king bed, a full over full bunk bed, and en suite bathroom Fourth Level - Rooftop Deck ★Parking★ There is street parking available in front of the home. ★Neighborhood★ This area of East Nashville puts you 1.5 miles from Nissan Stadium and just over the bridge from the magic of downtown and Broadway! You'll have the bustling are of Five Points and great restaurants within walking distance - Butcher and Bee, Snooze, and local food market, Hunter's Station! ★House Rules★ During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. My only suggestion would be to provide a much better can opener, more and larger mixing bowls, kitchen dish towels, sponges for hand washing pots and pans, and higher quality toilet paper (cottonelle ultra clean, for example). ##### Michael F.
