Each couple enjoyed their own space with a full bath in each bedroom. The common areas were very comfortable and we enjoyed the space to relax between our outings each day and evening. Though we did not cook full meals, we enjoyed the kitchen area for light breakfasts and afternoon snacks. Parking in the garage (only could fit one vehicle and no parking allowed in the driveway) was a challenge in the evening as neighborhood visitors park on the street making entry and exit a challenge on a few occasions. We have stayed at many VRBOs. This one was by far at the top of our list. Ten of us stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday-- four nights. We were greeted with a welcome basket with coffee, wine, a stuffed animal and various other notions. This is probably one of the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed at. We loved the layout. The seating area was most important to us since we were staying over the holiday. We had plenty of seating. The bedrooms were all nicely decorated and comfortable. We had more than enough towels. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for this group. Very nice neighborhood, and we felt safe. We could put one car in the garage. The others had to be parked on the street, but space was easy to find close by if not in front of the unit. Although we did not need anything during our stay, communication with the host company was great prior to check-in. They also checked on us during our stay to see if we had any needs. Only draw back would be if you have trouble with stairs. There are a lot of stairs to get from street level to living area. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Two on the top floor, one on main living floor and one on lower floor. Kitchen met our needs for cooking meals.-Large dining table, too. Ohhhh And the rooftop deck….great and relaxing for evening wine sipping. This neighborhood is in a transitioning stage with some new homes as well as older homes. We did have construction of a home on one side of the house. As of the first part of July-it appears most of the outside building is completed. The workers did not work everyday. But on the days they did work, they began early. The house is located not far from 12 South, The Gulch and downtown. We shopped Aldis and Publix for groceries which were nearby. Plenty of choices for Restaurants in the area. 12 South had a good burger place and some nice shops. We found a Good place to eat lunch a few blocks over from Broadway- The Diner-3 floors- food was great -But-leave room for dessert. You’ll see when you go in the door. The location was central to all of the areas we had planned to visit during this visit. The layout of the unit was great for allowing some privacy with the great room providing the perfect gathering area for meals and card games around the huge farmhouse table. This place is absolutely fantastic. It's very spacious – even bigger than the photos look. We used the sauna almost every day and loved the open floor plan with the kitchen and living room. The dining table was gorgeous, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and pristine. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to any friends and family going to Nashville. There are enough things within walking distance (coffee etc) and it's a short uber ride from downtown, 12 South, or East Nashville. 10/10 stars! The location was great. The house was beautifully decorated. There was a small issue with garage door openers not being available but the owners gave us a solution that worked for us. The Jolene was perfect for our group of 8 adults in town for a convention. The location was a little removed from Broadway, but a welcome respite and quick Uber ride, which were always readily available. The design of this home is outstanding, the beds were all incredibly comfortable with upscale linens and the home was very clean upon arrival. Communication was excellent. This has to be the owner’s home away from home. The kitchen, upstairs mini frig, and pantry are fully stocked. Linens are abundant with cozy blankets everywhere. The rooftop was an added bonus on cold evenings. The propane fire pit and furniture were perfect for our larger group. Every bedroom has a private bath. It was just what we needed for a getaway with our adult children. It’s less than 10 minutes to downtown in a car or an electric scooter and in a great neighborhood just across from Belmont. Exactly like the photos. There was plenty of space. A full bathroom connected to each bedroom. The office/study had a twin daybed with a trundle, which we were pleasantly surprised about. Each bathroom had nice full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plenty of condiments and other random supplies in the fridge and pantry. It was nice to have the garage because street parking was slim. Be ready for lots of stairs though! Overall a wonderful place, great communication, and close to all kinds of great food. ##### Anne M.
