The Franklin (Leipers Fork) French Country Cottage (Tennessee)

Located perfectly in between Downtown Franklin and Leipers Fork (8 minutes to either) and only 3.5 miles from the Natchez Trace Parkway double arch bridge. Located on one of the most beautiful roads in Williamson County. Think large tracts of land, and 4 board fences (and maybe even a castle disguised as a recording studio!) This French Country themed Franklin cottage was designed for comfort and convenience. Whether you are coming to make music or memories, this can be your home away from home. 3 full bedrooms (master with king bed and private bath, bedroom 2 with queen, and bedroom 3 with bunk beds and a trundle bed) give plenty of space to sprawl out. Our family and friends seem to congregate to one of 3 places, so we made those extra special. #1 the kitchen: Extra large, with island seating and a extra long workspace with extra seating. Complete with double ovens, refrigerator, smooth surface cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig, Vitamix, and a kettle to heat the water for your tea. #2 the Family Room: also extra large with a super comfy leather sectional from Pottery Barn, extra chairs, a desk in the corner, and a 58" LED TV with a Roku. #3 is the Back Patio: Covered for comfort, with plenty of seating and a big back yard for a game of catch or to let the kids tire themselves out. There are more amazing places to eat within a 10 minute drive that you'll need to come back time and again to try them all, but if you want to eat in and have a nice sit down dinner, the formal dining table seats 6. Need to work between your play? We've got you covered with ultra fast high speed WIFI. Staying for a while or have some clothes you need to wash before you head out?

We couldn’t have felt more welcome. Loved this charming home . Sat outside in the morning with our coffee and listened to the birds chirp and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Super comfortable beds and all the amenities to make our stay a great experience.

Quick Stop over
We were on our way to the beach and stopped here for just one night while en route. We were never sent the information to get access to the house. After about 15 minutes we were able to get the issue sorted and into the home. The owner was apologetic and seemed confused the information had not been provided as promised. We were able to sit outside on the lovely patio and enjoy the warm wind as a major storm blew in. The home could use a re-stock on some glassware, and we could not figure out how to adjust the home temperature. It was unseasonably warm that night so we were quite hot over the night. All issues that I am sure could have been corrected quickly had we been staying more than one night. Overall a lovely property.

A home away from home
Nicely situated, great back yard with fire pit and lots of seating, outside lighting. Very homey indoors with lots of space and well appointed kitchen. Owners were very responsive to any issues ( we stayed for a month). Close to so many places but surrounded by beautiful horse farms!

We had a great stay at this house. It was very close to Old Franklin and easy access to the interstate. It’s in a very nice area and the house was clean and had cute furnishings.

Overall the house was good. Loved the living room and kitchen, plenty of space, beds were comfortable. I think the maintenance need to be a little better. The door in the bathroom wouldn't stay closed; there seem to be an issue with the doorframe. It shifted when you closed the door; almost as if it wasn't connected. The walkway to the entrance need to be repaired; the concrete is crumbling and you could trip if you're not careful. Also, the shower curtain liner was dirty in the master bedroom and there was hair on the kitchen countertop and on the dresser in one of the bedrooms.

This home was spacious yet gave us a cozy vibe. From the comfortable beds, to the exceptionally well-appointed kitchen..we enjoyed the short time we stayed. It’s very conveniently located to visit so many local attractions..yet in a quiet area. The hosts were so thoughtful to leave many tips for places to go, everything we needed was easy to find and use. And they were responsive with communication. Clean and airy home. We loved this house in Franklin, TN! The house was absolutely perfect for us to all get together for Thanksgiving! House is close to everything but still have the quite country surroundings! The kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out as a family! We felt at home right away and had everything we needed for our stay! The house has all the amenities you need for your stay. Communication with the owners was great they’re very responsive. Check in was quick and very simple. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

Abou 5 minutes from Leipers Fork and downtown Franklin. Large kitchen and living room with a nice covered outdoor space. Very easy check in & out as well as great communication with owner.
