The place was very central and close to broadway which was great. We always felt safe around (even though some reviews stated otherwise). The doors always automatically locked which helped as well. We loved the rooftop touch and definitely played a few games of bags up there. The place looks exactly as it did in the photos and the owners were very responsive. We had an electicity issue on the roof and they were over immediately to fix it. Highly reccomend for your stay in Nashville! ##### Cassandra S. The house itself was exactly what we expected. It was very clean and freshly painted when we arrived as the write-up was spot on. The communication as we approached our rental date was excellent and the advice provided about the vacation location was very helpful. The most impressive part for me was the responsiveness of the property manager with any questions, requests or information that we had before and during our stay.
