The apartment was unclean and reeked of urine. Dirty paper towels with yellow stains and hair were left on the kitchen counter. The bedding was thin, flimsy, and stained. A few washcloths also had stains. The apartment was functional but not comfortable. I asked for a refund of the $30 parking fee due to these inconveniences during our stay, but my request was ignored. Not good.
