This is required by our insurance company. The ID is kept on file only for the duration of your stay and then deleted. You can send the ID via the VRBO app, text, or email. If ID is not provided, unfortunately, the reservation will be canceled as a house rule violation. \- **Communication:** After booking, we will reach out to confirm and complete the booking process.
