The property wasnt that bad, but there was a combination of things that overshadowed the stay. The address provided lead me to the wrong location. The refrigerator and some glasses was still dirty. There was an ant infestation on the kitchen counter and rooftop storage bin. And no hand soap in any bathroom. Nasty dirty pans, clogged uncleaned toilet, broken towel bar, cigar butt under one of the beds, dirty towels in one of the closets, cake left in the oven with a paper towel over it. No hand soap in the bathrooms, had to request some, shower dispensers empty. I could go on but you get the picture. I even had to request check in code 2 hrs before we arrived. Just too many "fails".
