Summary: A stay in this serene, newly remodeled home will top off your Nashville trip. It's perfect for bachelorettes, families & groups wanting to enjoy all the city has to offer. This bright 2 BR apt is located near Belmont Blvd & 12 South, so you can enjoy well-known restaurants, bars & boutiques. You're around the corner from 3 universities (Belmont, Vanderbilt & Lipscomb) making it a perfect spot for graduations & campus events. And Music Row, the Gulch & downtown are a short ride away. The Space: Cook a meal in the well-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table for six, or lounge in the living room and watch movies or television shows on the large smart tv. The living room sofa converts to a queen size sleeper. A half bath is in close proximity to the living spaces as well, perfect for entertaining guests. Two bedrooms: One with queen sized bed in the guest room. The master has a king bed and also has a daybed that opens to sleep two if desired and both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Sit out on the back covered patio off the master on sunny days. A laundry room with a side by side high capacity washer/dryer is available for your use as well. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment - you share the front yard and back lot with residents in the other 3 apartments on the property. Pets in the front yard must be leashed at all times and you must pick up after your pets. The main front porch is not available for your use as our guest -- this is the private property of another owner and unit. Please do not access this private area at all. The Neighborhood: This spacious apartment is located in a newly renovated, tree-lined home just a few steps from Belmont Boulevard and tempting restaurants such as Proper Bagel, Chago’s Cantina and the Cookery. Or, grab a coffee and pastry at Nashville’s beloved Bongo Java. You’ll be just a few blocks from Twelve South, so enjoy its well-known restaurants, bars and quirky boutiques. Additionally, you’re around the corner from Belmont University and in close proximity to Vanderbilt and Lipscomb Universities, which makes this a perfect location for graduations, a college visit, sports or musical events. While our cleaning team is thorough, guests with severe pet allergies should be aware that dogs or cats may have stayed in the space previously. Pet fees: \-$35 per night, per pet \-$150 per week, per pet \-$300 per month, per pet Pet fees are not included in the accommodation rate and will be requested after booking once the number of pets is confirmed. I’ve been to Nashville many times and I have stayed everywhere and this place was fantastic! Great location- close to 12 South, Belmont, The Gulch and about 8 minutes drive time to Broadway. Property is adorable and well appointed. Plenty of room for four guests. Everything was clean, very nice and Eric and his team are amazing with communication and help should you need anything. I had a small request and he had it taken care of immediately. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. ##### Kami Y. We loved the extras, like kitchen basics, salt & pepper, K cups, and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. So many rental places go cheap on this - but this place did it right, and made it feel like a luxury stay. The only issue was parking. Only 1 space for the unit, and the other cars had to park on the street. It worked out fine and we didn't have any issues with the cars on the street. The property manager was responsive to issues. Overall we would stay again and recommend. Also important to know that the second bedroom has one bed and a single size futon as the other bed, which worked okay for us. ##### Linda B. There is even a beautiful wall mural on the fence out back, which provided great photo ops! The host was very attentive with excellent communication throughout our stay! The only thing I will say however, the master bedroom can potentially be loud depending on the renters above you. Ours were very loud, unfortunately there are wood floors above us and guests above wore heels and were loud talkers and early risers. However, we did tell the Host and they did attempt to rectify the situation, very apologetic. Also each bedroom has noise machines. Our 15 year slept in the bedroom off the living room didn’t hear anything, but we needed the bathroom fan on and the noise machine to drown out the noise. Otherwise this would have been a 100% perfect stay, but I still would rate it a 95%. I would stay again, but would request the upper unit. ##### Sonia V. The unit was missing an iron and Eric door dashed one immediately. I do think it might be helpful to put a sign on gate to close quietly.
