Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are located in the same building, while our 3 bedroom lofts are just a short 2-block walk away. For a complete list of our properties, including those available on VRBO/Expedia, simply click on the Host Tab to explore more options for your stay. All guests will receive access to our detailed digital guidebook providing our recommendations on music venues, local eats (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and high end dinners), honky tonks, roof top bars, local retail stores and much more! With our reservations, w​​​​​e offer for purchase two travel insurance options based on your needs to protect against travel, weather or emergency issues should you need to cancel your reservation outside of our cancellation policy. We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property. Standard check in time is 3 pm CT and check out is before 10 am CT. We offer an early check in of 1 pm and a late check out of 12 pm for a $100 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Music City Luggage Locker to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our 4th Avenue building (2 blocks from our Bettye properties). Tour Nashville 'baggage free' before check in. Check out, drop luggage, and maximize your hours about town before your flight. Our direct contact information for luggage storage is provided to all booked guests. PS they also offer a grocery shopping service for stocking the refrigerator prior to your arrival! PARKING: We do NOT offer parking with our reservations. The building was clean and secure with all the amenities you need within a block of all the action. Great walking distance to ALL events and activities in Nashville. Close for a hockey game or the football game and all that Broadway has to offer in Nashville. From the moment we arrived, everything about this Vrbo exceeded our expectations. The loft was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The attention to detail was incredible, making us feel right at home while still giving us that luxury getaway experience.The location was perfect—close enough to enjoy all the best that Nashville has to offer but tucked away just enough to provide a peaceful retreat after a fun-filled day or a night on Broadway. Our hosts were amazing—responsive, thoughtful, and truly dedicated to making our stay memorable. We can’t recommend this place highly enough! LOL 3 minute walk to Broadway totally near the entertainment district, restaurants in building and nearby. A great little market across the street. Trolley pickup spot to Nissan Stadium. Since it’s an open loft, you can hear the toilet flush from the unit above, so it’s not very quiet. The space is pretty minimal, and some of the lights didn’t work. ##### Michael F. The only negative might be that since it is an open loft area without a ceiling, it is very noticeable when water is flushed or used in the loft above you. Please note it is not a huge issue, just something a person is not used to hearing. Other than that, no complaints at all. Excellent instructions as to where the building was located and access to the loft. We felt very safe at this location. ##### lawrence m. Guest services answered immediately when called about a maintenance issue. Will be staying here again. Notes: Waylon Loft has limited vanity space. Raindrop shower heads suck no matter where they are especially when wall mounted. No TV in bedroom area to watch while recovering from late Nashville nights (pack a phillips screwdriver). Guest Mode on Roku smart TV would not let us use some common apps (max, sling, disney, hulu) because they had to be signed in from a phone/pc (couldn't log on with username/password). No issues in One Nashville Parking garage next door but it does not have a 24 hour rate. Cheaper than most downtown area hotels. ##### Joshua N. Communication with the owners is great and we were well informed of the check in process. They even have an app with helpful info and recommendations for things to do and see. We were a little early for the 3pm check out so we just had a coffee at the Starbucks at street level til it was time to check in. We were supplied with a personal code to the building door and elevator as well a one for our room, so it was very safe. The room was very clean and just as described. We could literally see Broadway from the building front door. t The building also backs onto Printers Alley. One of the bars on Printers Alley, Alley Taps, is actually located in the basement of the building and can be accessed by taking elevator to basement without having to leave the building. Its a very short walk to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Ryman theatre and Assembly Food Hall. If you want to eat good southern comfort food away from Broadway check out Pucketts just a block to the NE at the corner of Church and 5th. Music City Lofts was a great place to stay in downtown Nashville and we would definately book there again if we return. ##### Mike M.
