Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are located in the same building, while our 3 bedroom lofts are just a short 2-block walk away. For a complete list of our properties, including those available on VRBO/Expedia, simply click on the Host Tab to explore more options for your stay. All guests will receive access to our detailed digital guidebook providing our recommendations on music venues, local eats (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and high end dinners), honky tonks, roof top bars, local retail stores and much more! We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property. With our reservations, w​​​​​e offer for purchase two travel insurance options based on your needs to protect against travel, weather or emergency issues should you need to cancel your reservation outside of our cancellation policy. Standard check in time is 3 pm CT and check out is before 10 am CT. We offer an early check in of 1 pm and a late check out of 12 pm for a $100 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Music City Luggage Locker to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our 4th Avenue building (2 blocks from our Bettye properties). Tour Nashville 'baggage free' before check in. The location is perfect, as it's close to Broadway's iconic bars and other downtown must-stops. The space was large and open, with plenty of space to lounge. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Check-in and out were very smooth. Definitely would recommend for a friends trip to the area! ##### Ben P. The loft was great for our girls trip, the five of us were able to enjoy plenty of room and felt very safe in and around the area. Check in/out was seamless. Three blocks to Broadway, one block to Painter’s Alley (keep in mind can access in the basement where you drop off the trash) and three blocks to 2nd Avenue where they are more restaurants and bars. Lots of restaurants, coffee, hoagies, pizza and history within 3 block walk. Also, about 20-25 minute walk to Nashville Farmer’s Market and 11th Avenue with upscale restaurants and stores. You cannot beat the location!It’s a bit loud at night, but the owners provide ear plugs. We never had to use them. We walked so much and we were out all day that it only slightly bothered us on Saturday night, but we were so tired it didn’t keep us up. The place was very clean, roomy and comfortable. While it’s a loft, there is plenty of privacy. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Nashville. Only recommendation, bring a blanket if you like sleeping with one. They do provide linens, a thin comforter and towels. Really liked this place! ##### Kathy R. It was just my adult son and myself and the location allowed us to walk to most everything. The loft was comfortable and well stocked for our needs. Access was easy and an urban grocery was nearby for the few things we wanted during our stay. We didn’t eat in at all but everything was there for food prep us we wanted to. The beds were comfortable, bed linens nice we were provided with plenty of towels and washcloths. If ever in Nashville again we will be “all in” for Music City Lofts. ##### Sherry T. No privacy. The loft has no walls so if you whisper to your spouse the other people will hear you. No privacy for 2 couples, 2 bedroom. Location was great though. No. But in comparison to other VRBO type properties my husband and I have stayed at, it is 5 star. Clean, safe, and great location. There is not much privacy to the bedrooms because of the loft type rooms. But we were out and about most of the time and we were prepared for that. A suggestion for a bit more privacy for the downstairs bedroom would be for the owner of the property to put a curtain along where the stairs come down, just far enough until you are down the stairs. Our company stated its almost impossible to not see into the bedroom inadvertently. Many complained about the noise, but honestly not much from the building itself, more from the outside street. You would have heard that in a hotel as well. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest headphones or ear plugs. Everyone in my party snored, so I was very much prepared for anything. The beds were comfy and the water was hot. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book again. Thank you! ##### Renea R.
