This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We stayed at 2 units next to each other at Stapleton and McGraw. It was very clean, spacious and getting to Nashville was a short 7-14 minute drive. I would stay there again.
Booking and Checkin were a breeze. Mgmt super responsive. Unit was clean with the exception of the pull out couch - used sheets and food/chip crumbs on bedding. Location next to freeway so noisy if windows open but convenient/easy drive to Broadway. Would stay again.
We had a group of 16 and these units worked perfectly. Lots of space, just what we expected!
The location was a bit isolated so getting Ubers/taxis took longer than expected but overall felt safe and still a quick drive to Broadway area.
Would definitely recommend !
Had a great experience. Except at night there was some random groups of people outside the house that were just being creepy. Constant traffic of people even though the house is on the end of a dead end road. Just made our girl group very nervous and uncomfortable.
