It’s in a quiet neighborhood outside of Nashville. We were close enough to do what we wanted in downtown Nashville, but far enough away to feel like we were in the country. The house is well kept & spacious. We loved the pool table & other amenities. Chris does a phenomenal job of answering any questions or handling concerns. He really goes above & beyond to make sure your stay is a great one. This will be our first choice any time we are back in this area. ##### Kristen L. But this stay was absolutely wonderful. Chris met us at the property gave us a tour and went over things so thoroughly leaving us feeling at home and with no questions to ask. We had a group of 6 staying here and the home was very spacious and never felt on top of each other. Chris has thought of any and all amenities for a great stay. Conveniently located to many things, Walmart, airport and downtown Nashville (a few trips were made). Overall an excellent stay. We had a delightful stay at Chris' home. From the moment we arrived, Chris showed himself to be a kind and gracious host -- caring not only about his home, but about us as his guests as well. The home matched the online listing perfectly -- it was clean, spacious, comfortable, and provided everything that we needed during our stay. We especially enjoyed making memories playing pool, singing karaoke, and hanging out in the wonderful hot tub! It was a pleasure renting from Chris, and I would definitely consider renting from him again if we find ourselves needing a space in the Nashville area again some day. ##### Jon O. Celebrating my daughter's 30th birthday. Chris met us at the property and was super nice. Showed us around and asked if we needed anything. He even messaged the next day to check on us and to see if we needed anything. The house was super clean and spacious. It was also well stocked with common things we needed. The neighborhood was super quiet and easy to get in and out of. We hardly saw anyone out and about while we were there. Walmart is about 2 miles from the house which was super great.
