Walking distance to multiple bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery shopping provides you a perfect starting point for your Nashville stay while only being four miles from the heart of Broadway. The Space: Everything at The Greenwood Grand has been carefully selected to provide comfort and function for you and your favorite people. On the first floor, you will find a private bedroom with a full bath and large smart TV. Up the stairs are the open-concept living space and kitchen, with an additional full bath and private bedroom. A 50-inch smart TV in the living area allows you to log in to your streaming services. The large modern kitchen provides the perfect place to gather with your friends, with bar seating. Up a flight of stairs to two additional bedrooms, each with its own spacious full bathroom. A private washer and dryer are also available on this floor, along with access to the covered outdoor porch. Guest Access: Get ready to make yourself at home! The place was perfect for what we needed and very convenient with the Publix right there. The only confusing thing is that you have to enter the property through the front door but have to park in the back. You cannot open the garage door from the outside so someone had to run around the front (not a straight shot), go in and open the garage so that we could unload. Also when you leave, some one has to stay and close the garage door and then run back around to get in the car. No street parking in front of the location.
