Outdoor Living
Step outside to enjoy manicured gardens, tranquil ponds, and a cascading waterfall. The expansive grounds include:
• A lit tennis court
• Pro-style mini golf green
• Walking trails with sweeping views
• Lush landscaping with extensive night lighting
• Plenty of seating areas for relaxing, reading, or dining under the stars
⸻
The Animal Experience
One of the most unique features of Copperline is its connection to nature and animal life. The property is home to pigs, ducks, goats, donkeys, and several beloved ranch dogs.
These animals roam freely in designated areas of the ranch. The dogs are friendly and used to guests—but as they are full-time residents, they are not kenneled or confined. If you’re uncomfortable around animals or require a pet-free environment, this may not be the best fit, as the animals’ well-being always comes first.
If you’d like a more interactive experience, we’re happy to arrange a guided animal visit with one of our ranch hands.
⸻
Guest Access & Privacy
During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the estate side of the property, including the main house, pool, pool house, tennis court, putting green, and pond areas. No spaces are shared.
Please note:
• The Event Barn, Studio/Lounge, and basement level are not accessible unless needed during storm emergencies.
• The basement game room will be available starting September 2025.
Copperline is a fully operational working ranch. While your experience remains private, you may see ranch staff on the non-estate side of the property performing daily care of the land and animals. All staff are discreet and respectful of your space.
⸻
Events & On-Site Activity
A portion of the property is dedicated to an event center located well away from the estate house. If an event is scheduled during your stay, you will be notified in advance. Event guests do not have access to the estate side. For public events, we’re happy to help you gain access as our guest.
All events end by 11 PM to ensure quiet evenings.
