This modern home sleeps 4 guests and is just 8 minutes from downtown Nashville and 5 minutes from The Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Welcome to the "Southern Harmony" Walk in and enjoy a spacious layout with a private rooftop patio, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Each bedroom has a king bed.

This 2-bedroom, 2½-bathroom vacation rental features:

Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2)- King bed
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2)- King bed

Amazing communal spaces including open floor plan kitchen and living area. Private rooftop deck.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking:

Guests will have access to 2 private parking spots in the parking lot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
