The Library Liquor Store is right next to our Lobby entrance (as our guest you will receive a 10% discount on all purchases) and the Taste of NY Pizza is on our ground floor off Church St. If you have a hankering for some sweets or specialty coffees, D’Andrews Bakery & Café is right across the street. The Space: Our beautifully furnished 4,356 sq feet unit with 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths (1 of the bathrooms is in the Penthouse). This suite has the most unique Penthouse downtown and a 1,500 sq ft of rooftop deck for your exclusive enjoyment. It's ideal for parties, corporate or business meetings and more. The space includes high-speed WiFi, AV equipment, breakout areas and catering options. You also have a full kitchen, refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, air fryer, crock pot, waffle maker, and toasters. Getting Around: For those arriving by car, please note that while we do not offer onsite parking, there are three paid parking lots located within a half-block of the property. One lot is directly behind the hotel and another is next to it on the Church St side. You can also use 4th & Commerce, which is 3 blocks away. The apartment's central location in Nashville also makes it easy to explore the city on foot, especially when the weather is pleasant. Motorized scooters and bicycles are also available. You can always take a LYFT, Uber or taxi to locations too far to walk or if the weather is bad. If it is nice outside, Nashville is a great city to walk around in. The Penthouse Suite at the Maddox was perfect in every way! 14 women stayed there COMFORTABLY. Plenty of room in the common spaces. I was worried about only having 4 bathrooms for all of us, but because they were all separated from the bedrooms, there was ALWAYS at least one open! The place itself was clean and luxurious. Exactly like the pictures. The outdoor area was just incredible. The communication from the host was on point. Location was an easy walk to Broadway, and it felt very safe.
