The place was very clean, well appointed and had plenty of room for more than the 4 of us. Marissa was very responsive, usually within 5 minutes, to my questions and was immediately available when we found ourselves locked out. All the appliances worked, ac was plenty cold and location was a quick ride downtown. The home looked just like the photos in the listing. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags were all supplied. Didn’t need anything other than to unpack our suitcases. I would say it was a perfect place, but there are a few drawbacks, there are 3 flights of stairs and wow they are a walk, the only room with a king is one of the guest rooms on the 3rd floor, the other room with 2 queen beds is also on this 3rd floor. The room with the 6 bunks and 2 singles is on the second floor and it is attached to the big bathroom with the walkin closet, it is also the only bedroom with a tv in it(which is a factor for me). Overall, I gave this property a 5 star rating because it is cute but mostly because of how sweet and helpful the host is, otherwise Id give it a 4\.
