The location is a short uber from downtown, and a little quieter. There is a great restaurant across the street for a nice dinner, and hotel with rooftop bar next door. My only concern was that access to the building was unrestricted. You are supposed to use the "latch" app for access, however the door in the underground parking was not locked for our entire stay. As other reviews state the parking is very tight. But we did ok because it wasn’t too full. You need to provide your own cooking basics. We like the area (which can be a little scary at night if you’re not used to it) but there are a lot of fun places nearby.
