Come and enjoy this cozy, freshly renovated home away from home that's nestled in a quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles from historic downtown Franklin. The Parkside Pines provides immediate direct access through our gated fence to Jim Warren park; including walking/ bike paths, athletic fields, tennis/ basketball courts as well as a playground and skate park. We renovated this home with the sole purpose of providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience while exploring small town American at its finest in the heart of Tennessee. Come see for yourself, you’re going to love it!

Three bedrooms are all on the main level of the home, with two twin beds in the bonus room.

Best beds in a VRBO to date!!

If you’re staying in the Franklin area, reserve this VRBO house!! The house is plenty spacious and super clean. The beds and bedding/linens and pillows are the most comfortable we’ve ever had in any VRBO we’ve stayed. The host is very nice and has an excellent response time to any inquiries. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Beautiful home with space for everyone

We loved this home, it was beautiful and comfortable. Everyone had plenty of private space, and yet great gathering places as well. . Kim was a pleasure to work with and is a fantastic host. Franklin was amazing to visit.

Perfect location

This property is lovely to stay in. Beds are comfortable and the house is very well appointed. The location is so close to downtown Franklin and only 45 min to downtown Nashville. I would highly recommend this property.

Truly the best VRBO experience we have ever had! The property owner was amazing at communicating and even offered to get us our favorite coffee creamer (and a roasting pan since we were there for Thanksgiving). The furnishings are top notch, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We loved every minute at the home.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood that backs up against a local park and recreation facility. Images on listing are accurate and current. Check in was very straightforward and easy with good communication from our host, Kim. Beds and A/C were perfectly comfortable for our family of 6 adults. Franklin is a great location with historic downtown and The Factory within 10mins for shopping and dining. Nashville is a 30min drive to the north and Leipers Fork 10mins to the west. We loved our stay, by the end it felt like we were locals!

Charming House

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely and charming house. The decor was very homey, comfortable, and had every amenity needed. Being near the park was a plus as well. Downtown Franklin was just a quick drive away; which worked out great since the Main Street Festival was an added attraction the weekend we visited. Also, Kim was always accessible and quick to respond when we had any question. Definitely a great spot to stay when visiting Franklin.
