About this property

Percy priest Lake House

  • This new built home is located just a street away from the lake. We’re on a cul-de-sac and have two drive ways. We’re a fenced home with a patio and a bbq in the backyard. Best part is we’re only about 20 minutes away from downtown Nashville!!! We have 3 kayacks available to take out to the lake. The marina is across the lake and boats are available for rental. During the week (Mon-Friday) the marina has specials and you may rent a pontoon for less then $350 for the whole day !!!!
