I was happy to have the washer/dryer also. I only wouldn’t recommend this place if you prefer secluded privacy or have toddlers. The glass garage door wall (clearly shown in the listing so it wasn’t a surprise) is cool with a great view, but a little odd at night when people would walk by or park (which didn’t happen often).
