Riverfront condo within walking distance to Broadway and all downtown attractions. Walking distance to Ryman, Titan's Stadium, Germantown, Nashville Sounds Baseball, Bridgestone Arena, Restaurants, Honky Tonks and shopping.!
3 Flat screen TV's, fully stocked kitchen. 6 Hair dryers, curling irons, shampoos, conditioners and body wash. Complimentary facial wipes. Luxury Linens, towels, fully stocked in every way!
I HAVE ANOTHER UNIT IN THE SAME BUILDING VRBO # 859099 that also sleeps 6 so if you have a large group it's in the same location with free covered parking for all vehicles and convenient to all. It's the same exact layout as this condo.

Excellent place to stay while visiting Nashville. Kim provided everything we needed for our stay. Uber is a short inexpensive ride to Broadway so even though we had a car it was so much easier to use Uber. Read the book Kim provides, it has so much info on Nashville.

Great view from the balcony. Loved watching the river traffic and the wildlife. The place was very peaceful. Close to Broadway. Within walking distance but we chose to get a rideshare. Average cost before tip was 7 each way. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay for a group on Nashville.

Great stay with a group of 5 ladies in Nashville. Location is good for walking to Germantown and a short Uber ride to Broadway. The apartment had everything we needed, including blow dryers and straighteners. The owner was very communicative and flexible with check in and out times. We were even allowed to store our luggage after check out!

Great Location, Great Property!

Perfect location, Felt 100% Safe, and close to all the action, but peaceful to back "home" to. Walkable distance to a few bars/eateries, but we preferred to take a $8-$10 Uber ride to Broadway. Property is perfect for 2 couples. Kim had everything you needed, seriously just need to bring clothes! First Nashville visit for our group and we'll be back! Great place to stay!

Perfect Spot

This location, for our group, was the perfect spot. It was close to Broadway and all the energy, while being far enough away for a peace and quiet at down times. The morning views were spectacular. The property was clean, well stocked, and a convenient Uber ride to anywhere in the city.
