The property was very clean and provided everything we needed during our 2-3 week stay while our house was being finished. Convenient to downtown! Would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend to friends who are visiting Nashville!

My daughter recently moved to Nashville, so I will be visiting frequently, and I won’t be staying anywhere else but DayDrinking Properties. The house was beautiful and immaculate. #### Just what we needed!
Clean, tidy, well organized. Easy access to property. Nicely supplied kitchen tools. Comfy beds. Fast reply to questions from manager/host. Plenty of parking. Clear checkout instructions. No gates for littles at restrict stairway access.

Our experience was great. Everything was superb, very cold at night but was able to adjust temperature. We appreciated how convenient the house was stocked and labeled. Would definitely rent again. Made our daughter's college drop off experience FANTASTIC smooth and easy the Awesome communication was THE BEST!!

Clean and nice overall stay. Was skeptical of railroad tracks right behind the place but the apparently run slow through there and do not use their horns. So when a train went by, we thought is was a washing machine running next door. So no problems.
